My stay was a mix of positives and a few drawbacks. The rooms were clean but didn't quite meet the 5-star standard I expected, and the distance from the restaurant might be a hassle for families. However, the staff was exceptional, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I had a wonderful time at this hotel with a stunning view of the pool area and sea. However, I wouldn't rate it higher than a 3-star. The rooms could use some renovations, and I often found the hot water to be lacking, especially during winter. Plus, I encountered issues with the room keys needing activation several times a day. It's a bit pricier than expected, and I also struggled with the Wi-Fi being unavailable throughout my stay.
